We've been literally living together almost since the day we met and I love him sooo much. We live and interact like we're married although we aren't yet {but will be :) } I'm trying to think of something good to do/get him for Valentines. Any ideas?

It really depends on your guy's likes.
I can think of 3 types of guys off hand and I'm sure there are many more and each would probably like something different.

One the sensitive type - This type of guy is in touch with himself, not outwardly macho, but the type you'd like to take home to show mom. For this type, spend time on him. Make something yourself, dinner, a card, personalized photo and frame for his desk at work. He'll appreciate that you spent the most important thing we have, Time. Once it's gone, we never get it back. Suggest taking a day off of work together and just be with each other ( Doesn't have to be V-day, give a coupon for a day he needs to unwind, take him out to a matinee movie he's been wanting to see)

Two the Big kid - As they say, men don't grow up, our toys just get more expensive. Usually competative with his friends on who has the biggest TV or the Newest sports team jacket. Usually this type isn't too hard to find for, just expensive. A new Cell phone, PDA or music player ( and if you know a song or two he likes, pre load it) is a good bet. Of course, you have to find something he hasn't already bought himself.

Third - The average Joe This one works for most but takes some work. Take him shopping, let him wander off by himself while you look around. Keep an eye on him and see what he picks up and looks at. Most guys while shopping won't pick something up unless it interests us (Even if we find something silly and are picking it up to laugh at it) Buy whatever you see him show interest in and after you give it to him, tell him you saw him looking at it in the store. You have now done the most important thing. You Paid Attention. You didn't ignore him, you weren't distracted by what you wanted. you actually spent time and effort to see what he likes. Just like women, men appreciate when a person they like pays attention to them.

I have been dating my b/f and living with him for almost a year now. I bought a pair of novelty Family Guy lounge pants, Bath & Body Works stress relief armoatherapy shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and linen spray. Put it all in a basket and stuffed the empty spots with his favorite candies. Kinda hard to get a guy to appreciate the mushy valentines stuff as much as women enjoy it. But at least were trying right?!?! Good luck!

How about his favorite CD? Maybe make a candlelit dinner and set the mood with some soft classical music.
