As my daddy taught me very early on in life (and one of his most invaluable lessons), "absolutely nothing on this earth is free"- it will cost you money, pride, morals/beliefs/values, etc. Pick the method of payment- it will still cost you something. It is up to you to decide if it is worth the cost.

Try going directly to a products site
I have been able to get free samples from dove and nuetragena
I hate how sites say free sample or sign up for a site completely free and then they have you fill out pages and pages for all kinds of other offers only to get to the end and they want your credit card number after all.
The singles sites say free and all you can do for free is window shop ROTFLMAO

I recieved a gift bag of travel goodies from my local news station just for filling out a card at the mall. It cost me nothing to fill the card out since I was already at the mall.

I got a train ticket for free a couple months ago. Someone just walked up to me and asked me if I could use it. And I did.
I have given random people things for free as well. Sometimes I don't need something anymore, and someone else does. So they get it.

one time i heard on the radio that you had to sing to win Matisyahu tickets and i decided to call when they asked for the 13th called, well guess what? i was the 13th caller so i sang and i wond the tickets which also included a backstage pass to meet him. It was an awesome feeling cuz i got 2 tickets for free so i took my best friend with me!!
Oh wait a second...i made that phone call with my cellphone which i am paying...and i drove to the concert with my car which requires gas that i paid...AND i was wearing clothes that i bought from sears...so NEVER MIND that wasn't free at all!

all i can think of is i recieved my LIFE or my birth for free. if you look closely there has always been some price that has gone along with most things, but I really can find no due THAT I OWED OR PAID for my being born (not getting too philosophical of course) that I have had to pay. Any consequences or dues paid were for my actions during my being alive but not for the moment of my birth

My husband got a free portable DVD player and $100 gift card to Best Buy from his work as a bonus. He didn't hit all his numbers but the owner said he was well liked so he could have it.

My next door neighbor brought me food on Thanksgiving Day because she thought I'd been alone all day.
My Dad gave me an air compressor to keep in my car, just because he thought I should have one.
At the last company I worked for, they gave everyone who worked there a bonus check, because the company had been doing very well.
My sister gave me furniture when I moved.
Yeah, lots of times!

you are completely correct. even if you go online and sign up to recieve free samples of something in the mail, you are still "paying" with your time to fill out the forms.

My education was free.
My parents provided EVERYTHING to me while I was growing up and expected nothing in return, not even gratitude. Free.
The love I receive from my dog is free.
