I have encountered a problem whereby my laptop which is workin wirelessly is unable to detect internet connection. Then I was prompted that the trend micro scan had a virus troj_agent.ldx found. How i remove this?

tried goin to the various anti-virus sites downloading different softwares but everytime it scans, half way the whole window jus disappear. Also I am unable to access certain websites which was provided including the adv.com and i went to microsoft's website to do a scan the window jus disappear in the middle of the scan.

use your anti virus to remove it, or remove it manually. to do this, you will need to find out exactly which folder its own. Doing a search for the virus using WIndows Search might help
