He only sleeps when he's been knocked unconscious.
Also - how the heck does he always have fully charged cell phone that he uses constantly??

If you had to deal with all the stuff Jack Bauer has to deal with, you might not be able to sleep or eat either. Give the guy a break...he's got the world to save!!! He can sleep when he's dead...which will probably be soon if he doesn't stop messing with bad people :)

People like Jack Bauer don't need to eat, or sleep, or pee, because he is AWESOME. He knows that if he stops for a bite the world is going to end.

I always wondered that too, which is why i'll be waiting for the most boring season ever when season 7 starts.
Of course...they could do a whole season that could turn out to be a dream..thus people still get the action..and the twist shows that he does sleep.
HOwever, haven't there been times when he was unconscious or gassed out? That's kind of like sleep.

Steve Dahl's radio show tackles that same topic once a week. Jack got off the plane from China and gave himself a perfect haircut and shave with scissors. He has never gone to the washroom and has never eaten.

Actually NO!! But if it is just one day, he can get away with it, although it would be interesting to see him take a swig of water now and again!!! Good thinking...hey, maybe when he is not in the scene (few and far between) he may be in the washroom or having a quick bite!!

LOL! Now thats funny. I am with you on that. It would be nice for shows today to show some level of realism. Is a sandwich and drink, breakfast, or even a damn power bar to much to ask?
Then a quick nap on a plane, or in a car, or something man.

People DO go 24 hours without sleeping. he must be eating during the commercials like the rest of us.

i have seen him eat and sleep before a couple of times...
and its stupid to show someone going to the bathroom in a show
no other shows do that....??
and the seasons are only one day long.
he has the whole year in between seasons to do that stuff.
