Lapel pins are making a huge come back in fashion and if you pair that with various brightly colored over sized scarves they can really make a statement that is trendy without being gaudy. Another idea is to hand sew on neutral beads in the yoke area and around the cuffs to act as accents. You might even try changing the entire color by dying the whole coat. Maybe a navy blue? Have fun, only your imagination is the limit.

Wear a plain white shirt, nice jeans, and black high heels. Wear black chandelier earrings (but not too big). Wear your hair in waves (like Vanessa Hudgen's hair on the link.) All put together!

buy and stick on rubies and fake jems with super glue you can make any design you want? even your name. its fun and cool at the end but a little sticky!
