Attention all cookbook collectors/Canadian farmer's wives ?

I am desperately looking for a copy of a favorite cookbook for a friend. It was published in Saskatchewan and called "The Mennonite Cookbook", she lost her precious copy in a fire. Anyone know where you can get it?
