Well you have a year to plan and save...get busy. Plan a nice and unusual trip for yourself...a week in Iceland perhaps to check out the gals?

You have practically one year to go so I'm sure you can come up with something interesting to do like many healthy 23 years olds do when their birthday comes around. Mine is next week and I don't need to wonder. My friends called me and we're going all together for a brunch in a fancy place. Celebrating by yourself isn't any fun. Don't you have any friends? Or family to celebrate it with ?

Happy birthday! There are several ideas to entertain, but keep in mind - you want to be around for your 24th. If you do something way too stupid it could change your life forever...or end it. And there are many things worse than dieing. (If you need proof, watch some actual medical shows! ie. Discovery Chanel)
In the hospital I worked at I saw many horrible cases in the E.R., and wouldn't recount them here. I hope you can have a wonderful birthday without endangering life and limb.

I'm in the same situation have 22nd nxt month have no idea what to do. Was thinking going to a comedy club with mates then going onto club after. Could do something like paintballing or go-karting if you'd rather do something daytime? Go out for big meal with mates like tapas, something sociable you can all share. How about trying to blag sum VIP stuff at a club?!? Have fun!

Getting drunk as you quoted may require that you may not be able to celebrate your 24th BIRTHDAY!

Enjoy it.
I suggest skip the movie and hang around with your friends and have a good time.

well... at least, you have enough time to save up some money to do a REAL party...

do an indoor pool party... with a DJ and loud music and stuff!

then drag racing with CARS... i mean CARS, not cars, but CARS!!!! lol! you know what i mean!

then anything thing else you want!
