Batgirl Custom Figure?

Question

I want to make a Batgirl custom Figure and i wanna use a Black Paint that becomes shiney black when it is al dry up and that paint dont get from those freaking airbubbles.
So please tell me.

try using a mold of batgirl use the black paint on the mold you will get air bubbles no matter what you try to do. try going to a hobby shop and see if they have any molding stuff there aand check about the air bubbles thign as well
