I am looking for something to send him. I wish there was like a singing telegram service around here but don't think so. WHat are some of your ideas? Or if you are a guy what would you like?

by the way he works in a quiet place and we are both very light hearted. Something funny would be okay. But also with something that shows I really love him

I don't think any guy would appreciate their wife sending them something at work. For guys that's embarrassing. You should surprise him at home. Trust me.

Send a messenger service with a package you make up that has a pair of thong panties in it and a note telling him that you will be waiting at home to put them on tonight. Too risque?
Then bring him a really fabulous home-made lunch that you made (or ordered!) like hot lasagne with a great chocolate dessert or something, and a rose in a vase, along with a card.
Most importantly, it's always the thought that counts, so any effort you make should be appreciated - even if you just show up and give him a big kiss and a card, wish him a happy day, then leave.

Singing telegram would be hilarious if he's a builder or warehouse man - the fellas will give him heaps.

Guys don't like that. Save the show for at home...

Florists now have things like soda with chips and candy things like that and you can have that delivered. I have sent one to my son.
