NO, breast reductions or augmentations does not alter the hormenes that cause your menstral flow. The hormones cause ovulation which causes the flow. Birth control pill are hormones after all.

My period was not affected by my breast reduction.

It actually really depends on how stressed out you are about the surgery. If you are really stressed you might cause it to come early/late.

menstral periods can be affected by stress but not by breast reductions directly.

but i guess if your stressed about the surgery or how it will affect you it could affect your period.
