hmmm... yeah they do! great question. personally i think mcsteamy is a little "steamier" than marat... but only because of his amazing body. hey... maybe we should call marat... McHottie! =D

When I first saw this question, I was going to say no. But then I thought about. They do look alike.
But I think Safin, looks way better though

i think so too, and i saw on tv a show about celeb lookalikes and they compared him to leonardo dicaprio too, they do look a lot alike too.
