douse any one know how to get rid of the red spots from a sun burn?

Prevention is the best. Use sunblock.

You can't just get rid of the redness....your skin has to heal a little first. Taking a bath with a bit of vinegar in the water, and not too much soap will help with the sting. Don't use too much HOT water either, cause the last thing you want to do is dry your burned skin out. I agree that Nozema and plain yogurt are also good to use to soothe the burn. Aloe is excellent for keeping in the moisture too. Good luck with this!

Douse yourself in yogurt pref plain .don't let it dry keep putting it on then get a hot shower.Trust me it works for all sun damage.

Milk takes away the pain and provides moisture, use 2%. Noxema is great I dont seem to stay red when i use them. i know proxide will take the color out of a tan
