Take a warm bubble bath and then eat some soup with crackers along with some Gatorade. Have you taken any medicine? If not, you should take some and then lie down and go sleep. If you can't sleep from the pain,if you have the flu; take Tylenol PM Cold and Flu or drink some SleepyTime tea, it'll make you feel good and you'll go to sleep.
