get a nice picture frame and a picture of the two of you, write a poem for her and stick it inside the frame behind the picture for a special surprise. Spend the rest on candy, a rose, and a card

For $15 there isn't much that you can find, but you can find certain things that she probably hinted to you all year that she wanted. Now she never stated that the money included your gas, so spend an evening out under the stars or if it's cold this time a year by you, take her out to a movie, be a perfect gentle man. Hold her close, afterwards, you can head to the nearest planetarium and, it's romantic

there many things you can get. but keep it simple. If you live near a Safeway supermarket the sell roses usually for $10 a dozen (I dont remember if they raise the prices for Valentines Day, if they do just get a single beautiful red rose. make a card, that costs nothing and is more personal in meaning and buy a small box of chocolates with a goofy picture on it. There is one box I found with a picture of a bee on it and it says "Will you bee mine". That box only cost me $2

Even if you put your money together, you can't do much. A cheap card, a box of chocolates, and a kiss is probably stretching the $15 limit. Good luck.

Why not get a small bottle of something she likes to drink and a candle and a special CD. NO TV that night. Turn off your cell phones, enjoy the light of the candle, hear the nice music and toast to your relationship. Inexpensive but thoughtful!

A nice walk someplace scenic and a bottle of wine. If it is too cold for wine take a thermos of Hot Chocolate, and some snack that the two of you like.

If she has an ipod, bump the limit up to $20 and get her a pre-pqid i-tunes card. They come in handy.

My husband & I have made a similar agreement this year. I don't know how appropriate this would be for you in your relationship, but my gift to him is chocolate body paint & candies, plus a can of whipped cream!

It's a small amount of money so don't waste it on needless objects. Use the money toward a movie or admission to a club for dancing, something you can do together.
