I use MS Outlook 2003 at work and I send & receive a zillion emails at work. Most of the emails are work related, however, a few of them are casual. I do not wish to save these casual emails in my SENT items folder, 'cuz over time, this folder becomes unmanageable. Sometimes I forget to go back to the Sent items folder and delete the unwanted email right after sending it. Is there a way to make Outlook prompt me with a question to save the email in the Send items folder or not? I think I have seen this feature a few years ago with a different version of Outlook or Outlook Express, but I don't seem to recall how I made it work then. Can somebody help me out here? TIA

Given that you send a large number of emails, do you really want to be prompted every time an email is sent for how to treat the message? I would recommend reading up on creating "rules" that handle sent email. You could setup specific actions based on who you send the email to.

How a lot programming experience do you've? 3. on your pc do you've both Excel and Outlook? 4. What version of Microsoft workplace are you operating? the reason i'm asking you those questions is because there's a way. I surely have a application that I made in Excel and that i had to digital mail the persons on the list that I created. After weeks of searching and attempting out, i became able to effectively digital mail the persons in a volume cells from operating a macro. in basic terms placed, it really is obtainable even though it does take time and the willingness to study.
