that shouldn't matter in conception, but the baby might have a problem at birth with the Rh factor. not a big deal, but one you and your doctor should be aware of.

Does not have any bearing on conceiving...If its the mother that is o- then she will have to have rhogam shots during her pregnancy. And another one when teh baby is born if its blood test comes out that its a positive blood type.
