I know, I'm an average player that wants to be the "Legend Catcher" (sorry, I'm a fan of Randy Orton) and all I needed was Celebi. Is there some way to get it? I've tried AR, some bullcrap ways, almost everything. Is there some way? Don't tell me about the mobile adapter or making its egg and walking 5 million billion steps. That got too old... or beating the Elite 4 5 trillion times.

depending on what game you have, celibi will appear once and flee at the begining of battle never to show up again. the only way to catch it before it runs is to use a masterball or simply get pokemon colusem and trade it to your game.

It would help if you stated which version of pokémon you were playing but I'll help you out anyway.
Celebi is an event only pokémon to my knowledge. The event is very rare and it seems to not be in some parts of the world. In japan, it was on a bonus disc that came with pokémon colossieum
