My Mom pass away in a car accident . She didn't left any will . The car insurance company doesn't want to give out the Body injury to me as her son. They ask for document named Executor of the Estate. Where do I get it?

the executor of the estate is determined by a will. if she did not have one than the executor of the estate is the state in which she pays state taxes. all property will be awarded to the state in which she resided.

Be careful with Lawyers. Do some research on your own first-contact the county clerks office to direct you on getting this into probate court....Look in FindLaw.com,etc. on 'pro se' procedure before you get an attorney involved. Otherwise, you may well be quite shocked at the system of Probate in this country. I wish I'd have not been so naive. They have a license to steal, & help each other do that.

You will probably have to see an attorney who deals in family law and explain the situation. They should be able to draw one up for you, stating that you are the next of kin or only surviving child, in order to get the information. It should be less than a hundred dollars to do so.
