If you're using Internet Explorer, go to Tools-> Options and click the General tab. You'll see the slot to input the home page URL.

If you are using Internet Explorer browser:
1) First goto the website that you want to set as a homepage
2) Go to Tools
3) Then Internet Options
4) Where it says homepage, click the "current page" button
5) Click Ok
To test this, close the browser and open the browser again and you should see the homepage you have set up

At Home Page, type in your favorite websites URL
Click Apply - OK
or
1. Go to the Web page you want to make your home page.
2. On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. In the Internet Options box, on the General tab, click the Use Current button.

Right click on the internet explorer icon on the desktop.
Choose properties.
On the General window, the first box is for the homepage.
In that box, write the address you want to appear as your homepage.
Click apply at the end of the window.
Then click on ok and close the window.
click on the icon again and there you will see the page you want as your homepage :)

Well one way to do it is to click the tools bar at the top left corner of the page, scroll to the bottom where it says internet options, when this opens you will see the general tab and your current home page. Just type in the new address and hit apply.
