visitation can be restricted to supervised visits, and if you hire a good attorney and can proove your child is in danger you can terminate parental rights. But before doing that also consider that you will not be able to get child support if rights are terminated.

I have never heard of this, I don't think so unless it is petitioned in court by the family.

I don't know but THEY SHOULD BE TERMINATED. Damned if I would let him near my kids.......even if he was the sperm donor.
