CIA agents testified before the Senate that they gave away 5 Billion dollars to rural Afghans. The money was parachuted into mountianous regions. And the CIA oppratives would toss bundles they called footballs to anyone and everyone.

One CIA agent said they loaded pack horses with as much as they could carry and left the rest somewhere in the mountians.

This is absolutely absurd and Americans should be LIVID over the whole thing. So far, 12 BILLION DOLLARS of their tax money, unaccounted for in Iraq.

Well hopefully that money comes back to the US in Afghani Ganja or hash. I also heard we gave away 12 billion for the "leader" of Iraq to spend and the money is "unaccounted for." We shouldn't feed them money so that extremists can steal and make an honest effort at killing all of us.
