You could transfer it to them directly using an instant messenger with file transfer.
You could upload it to a place like http://rapidshare.de/ which will give you a URL where they can download the file.
You could split it up with Winzip and email the separate pieces in 10Mb sections. The point of using WinZip in this case would be to split the files. Video files are already compressed so it won't save that much space (if any).
You could set up an FTP server with a program like ServU and have the other person log in and download from there.
GMail supports close to 3Gb, however you can only send and receive emails with a maximum of 10Mb each.

Make a new compressed file folder and put the file into it. That will make the file smaller so you can send it.

Use WinZip to zip it. Just Google "WinZip" -- you can download it for free, and your friend can download it for free to unzip the file you send him/her.
