Depends how you messed up most mess ups seem worse at the time but in retrospect don't seem too important. If you are still breathing you have a chance to put things right. I hope that things come right for you in the end.

Things always seem better the next day. Don'y worry you are not the first nor would you be the last. Life goes on. Look at your options, there are always options. Nothing is ever that bad. Try looking at it as if it was someone elses problem and see what you would tell them to do.

You should provide more details if you want any concrete help. But whatever it is, it's done. All you can do now is to try and fix it. Analyse your options thoroughly and weigh the pro and cons of your actions before reaching a conclusion. And try talking to someone close about your problems.

With this little information, it's hard to answer you. But if you feel you might need professional help, I think you do, you should contact a counselor. If you're feeling irrational and suicidal, call 911. You might be admitted to the hospital, but at this point (whatever point it is) you might need it to get yourself stable once again. Please get help for yourself, there's always hope.
