Your web browser (assuming you are using Internet Explorer) keeps a list of all websites accessed on a certain day. It is called browser History. The default amount of days it keeps is 5, so you should be able to bring up the history and look at the last 5 days (unles the person using it knows how to clear the history once they are finished). If you are using IE6, there is a button on the toolbar that brings up history. If you are using IE7, go the favorites menu on the far left and you will see a button labeled history. Just click on whatever day you want and it will show you everything visited.

Check the "history". Crtl H turns on the history bar so that you can see all the web sites visited for the last three weeks (if the default has not been changed)

mm you can always go to history on you web browser (internet explorer, Opera, Firefox) but if you go to internet explorer's history it also tracks some of your computer's history so thats good.
if you want more there are programs out there that you can buy, but some are expensive.
