Microsoft Windows Vista is a new operating system with a lot of underlying changes that won't always be apparent to the end user. Many existing applications will not work on MS Windows Vista so you'll need to check with the vendor to see if the application supports that version of MS Windows. Upon checking the Nero website (link below), I see the following:

"Microsoft® Windows Vista Home/Business/Ultimate (except for Nero ImageDrive), Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4 or later); Windows XP; Windows MCE 2005, Windows 2003 server"

Are you selecting an option to install ImageDrive? Can you try installing without that option?

I had this problem and guess what you need to get NERO7 ENHANCED or the RELOADED version

no other version of nero will run on vista ,i have tried them all. :(
