How do i know if my red cap is going to have babies?

One of my red cap has big stomach. Is it going to have babies

Do you mean red cap oranda? They don't give birth, they lay eggs. If the stomach is big its either bloated, filled with fluid, or may have the deadly disease called dropsy.
