It is some kind of a delusion..some form of psychosis--based on a loss of touch with reality....when someone hates someone for no reason...However, if you are in a work situation and someone is reacting to you or you are reacting to someone in an extreme way for no apparent reason, there may be a hidden reason. For instance the person who is feeling intense hatred may be feeling that way because the other person reminds him/her of someone who had hurt them/made them angry, etc...and the hateful person is unconsciously reacting to them. Regardless if you are the hater or the hatee, you can try to get to know the other person better, to see if they are different from the person you are reminded of or who they think you remind them of...getting to know people better--giving them more than a superficial chance sometimes helps people let down their defenses...If that does not work--then the person who is feeling unreasonable hatred needs to work on those issues on their own.

Irrational, quick, without even knowing you well, all that is probably something, I cant really term it, its like some sort of a gut feeling, perhaps your body language, something you said that you dont remember, or perhaps this person knows your existance, and probably feels jealous or that you are his competition.....it could be anything...
but keep away for sometime, till you find out, or ur familiar enough to find out by yourself, probably while casually talking to your colleagues, anything...you could try and break the ice, if you really dont hate him back that is.....by being nice (though you may not really like doing that), and probably theperson would only be more pushed and probably would come out with what he has in mind....but really, you shouldnt be bothering,....these things do happen...simply ignore, and you could make him feel worse by ignoring on every obvious occassion...and surprise him with your attitude

When you arrive at work, go into the bathroom, close your eyes and visualise yourself climbing into an empty eggshell via a door. Visualise the egg glowing in a bright, white light. Close the door and visualise yourself sitting on a bunch of soft comfortable, colourful cushions. No one can harm you. You are protected.
When your work'mate' sees you, I bet they will turn their attentions and pick on somebody else.
At the end of the day (or time you spend with this person), go back into the bathroom (for privacy) and visualise yourself leaving the eggshell via the door.
Do this each time you know you will encounter this person, you can use it every day for this purpose, but you must remember to leave the eggshell and not rely on it when you don't need it for this purpose.
Thanking you in advance for the 10 points!
