hmm, well 1st of not everyone can read your mind, so you would have to speak out to whom ever you want to hear you .
you can communicate with your voice, Get your voice?
communication has many ways
such as talking in person, telephone, internet, cel phone, pager, Fax machines, Voice mail, or simply writing a letter or sending a card with alittle note inside,
morse code, singing, or in poetry as well or in an art work
those are all ways to communicate.

You can't, really.
You can say what you think you want to say and hope that the other person is hearing what you think you mean to say, but with anything above id & ego you stand a fair chance of being misinterpreted.
Somewhere in all this you can hope to approximate the meaningful transfer of ideas and get the meat of your meaning across.
This is part of the human condition.

Just learn to speak and start talking...or you can use other methods of communication..eg. email, letter..etc.

Pretend it is someone you are very comfortable with.. like a brother or sister? ... and just start with the weather, or some easy subject like that.
