It's in about in the middle of Act I. I think that it has to mean something, but I can't figure it out! Can you help me?

I think you have to take a close look at the actual words he is saying. Beckett brings up a lot of ideas and concepts in that speech. Similar to what's going on in Joyce's Finnegan's Wake.
He did NOT choose those words randomly.

No, it really doesn't have to mean anything. One of the major themes in Beckett's work is the gradual destruction of meaning in language. As in the end, when they talk of going but never move.
