If you dont mind, I need phone numbers.
I read your answers, so I looked up on line a womens shelter and called them: they said "is that formula in little bottles?" I said "yes", they said "no, we dont like that on"
Then I called my church, they said they wouldnt know what to do with it and gave me another number.
I called that number and they are located 40 min (driving) from me, which for me, with a new born its a long drive.

How old is your baby? My wife breastfeeding exclusively until 3rd month. But in middle of 3rd month our Son's demand for mike exceeded here milk supply, so we had to start supplement with formula.

If I were you I would keep them, and put two in your Dipper bag, as backup. And replenish them as needed.

I was going to suggest a shelter of some sort, but it looks like that didn't work for you. You can always post it on Craigslist.com or Freecycle.com - people who go to those websites tend to not have a lot of money.

If you are part of a church or synagogue, you could call the director and ask if they are aware of any mothers in the community that use formula, and could benefit from a free supply.

There should be a food pantry around your area - I know there's several branches all over the Hudson Valley (I'm in Rockland) and they would LOVE to have it. They're often listed in the phone book. If not, call your place of worship or a local church or synagoge and see if you can donate it to them to give to someone in need. Or, there's women's shelters around that would take it.

What u can do is check with local food pantries to see if you can donate the formula to them. I'm pretty sure there are mothers out there that need baby formula but cant afford the price of formula today.

Donate it to the local womens shelter or food bank.

Put it on craigslist ( http://geo.craigslist.org/iso/us/ny ) but keep that sample of Aquafor! It is the cure for baby acne and the best thing for diaper rash. A mommy will be glad to get it from you. Congrats on your new baby!

Either donate it or bring it to a daycare center, parents are always forgeting to bring their childs formula and sometimes the daycare can use it.

Try selling it on e-bay or donate it to your church or food pantry. I am sure there is plenty of low income people that can use formula (even though there is wic)

I would say donate it, there are parents that cannot afford to buy formula, it would be a great deed.
