I adopted a young doggie from the local animale shelter. He is a very sweet, playful and expressive (ie LOUD) puppy, But I don't know what to name him! I am trying to stay away from cutesie names, I want something original. He is white, with black and brown spots. If any of you have seen rat terriers before you know they have adorable little ears like the Gremlins from that movie. Perhaps that gives you an idea? Any help is appericated!

Why dont you name him Kolby... Or Beau. I have two rat terriers and they are named jeeter and buddy.... Observe the dog and you will come up with an answer..... They are wonderful dogs and I hope you enjoy your rat terrier as i do mein.......A few other names might be Ceasar..... slugger..... romeo.... Frisky... Oreo.......etc.........good luck......Im sure you will come up with a nice name.........

i like the name suds. like when you have a lot of bubbles in the sink. i know it is a little cutesie. but it is just and idea for you. **** luck with ur puppy

I think you really need to look at your dogs personality before you give them a name, my last pup took me nearly a week to name her, because she just wasn't giving me anything.
