When does this come out... and is it only for laptops??

The Sims Life Stories have already been released. I believe it was released on the 6th of this month. They are laptop friendly but they can be played on the desktop.
I have included two links. One is from the Sims 2 official site with additional information about Sims Stories and the Offical Sims Life Stories site.

Just came out today. I just bought it! :) It's designed for laptops since most laptops have integrated, non-powerful graphics cards, like mine :P But a PC should be able to use it just fine. It was geared towards people on the go who wanted to play the Sims and multitask at the same time, like college students or people on business who need a break every now and then. There's even a mode where you can have the Sims Life Stories game in a minimized box while you do other things!
I haven't installed the game yet, this is just from what I've read. But it's out starting today, so GET IT WHILE IT'S NOT SOLD OUT!!!

its coming out in march i think, but its just something i think that ea is trying 2 make more $$$$ ,but i am a fan of ea and the sims but i just think thats what it is

No clue on realese but it can be used on all PCs exept Macs.
