I want to keep the original factory look. That means I don't want to make it shine or be glossy - just want it clean. A great plus would be to have some kind of uv protectant on it - still without the shine.

Like others have stated mild soap and water, or go to a hot tub store and buy some vinal cover cleaner. Try to avoid Armor All as it has some alchahols or something in it that actually dry out your dash over time and leads to cracking.

Armor all has both: Cleaners (which do not shine, yet protect) and also the Finish product (which gives it a shine).

Use armorall cleaner. It will deliver the results you're looking for. There are other brands available when you go to the autoparts store which do the same things.

I use armor all. but that gives you a shine for a couple days. but i find that it keeps it lookin nice and seems to really help prevent fading from the sun. like i said its shiny for a couple days maybe but after that it has a nice look. I've tried alot of things but nothing as good as good ol armor all!

You cant go wrong with some good old fashioned soapy water, just a very weak mix and a damp cloth.
