Motivation is what is important. How ready are you to commit to accomplish the decisions you make. You have to be goal-oriented. Set your goals and list different ways you can accomplish them. This way you will be more motivated to accomplish your goals.

If you believe in yourself and you have the motivation, self discipline is what comes next.

Focus on...

being a better listener.

trying to remember that your opinion is just that; it is not a fact

not interrupting a speaker

not being guilty of negative first impressions. Give everyone a chance

always taking pride in your appearance

Note: Susan Dell, the wife of computer CEO Michael Dell, has a note taped to her bathroom mirror that she reads everyday. It says " Today I will be good and do good". That just about sums it up, don't you think?

Limit the amount of food you eat; exercise for 20 min. a day,(including walking); clean house for a certain amount of time a day; take 1 hr. for serenity time- read a spiritual book, listen to spiritual music, or do imagery; and limit the time you spend watching TV.
