Crowds shouldn't be too bad, you will just be missing peak season, which starts on the 15th. So crowds may start increasing a little. If you go on the weekend, crowds will be a little heavier as well.
It's definitely good that you will be going before the 15th, that is when crowds can really get bad, spring break is starting for some schools, so it can be busy.
Have a great time!

Here's a breakdown:
(1) WDW is busiest during the summer months, during spring break, and during the Christmas/New Year's holiday. The "slowest" seasons are the weeks between Thanksgiving and the Christmas/New Year's holiday and all of January. It's a little busier in February, March, September, and October, but it's not too bad. April, May and November are busier still but not as bad as the peak periods.
(2) WDW is busier than usual on the weekends because many local Floridians have annual passes and frequent WDW on the weekends. The Magic Kingdom is always the most crowded park on the weekends, followed by Disney/MGM Studios, EPCOT, and the Animal Kingdom.
(3) Unless you want to wait in lines for at least half an hour or as much as an hour and a half, get Fast Passes for the more popular rides like Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Soarin', Test Track, Mission Space, Rock N' Roller Coaster, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Dinosaur, and Expedition Everest. The rest of the rides/attractions around this time of year usually don't have a wait time of any more than 20 minutes (with the exception of the Magic Kingdom -- all the kid-popular rides ALWAYS have long waits).

I don't think the crowds will be too bad at all. In fact, the crowds should be very minimal. You're just going just before Presidents' Week which is when it starts getting really crowded. According the the official Walt Disney World website January (except New Year's Day) until just prior to Presidents' Week in February is a time of "Lowest Attendance."

You will be visiting during a great time. Crowds are low throughout the entire month of February. And there are a lot of special events going on that time as well!
You can visit the Magic Kingdom and get in for only half the cost. Purchase tickets for the Pirate and Princess Party, going on at the Magic Kingdom, now through March 8th. Tickets are only $36 for adults. All of the attractions will be open for you from 7:30pm-12:30am. You'll get to see 2 fireworks shows, a special parade, go on all your favorite rides and all at half the cost per person!
Feb. 10th is a special artist signing event at the Downtown Disney Marketplace! Here is a link for more info:

Disneyworld has two traditional "low seasons" (i.e. times when crowds are lowest): Jan 5 through early February
After Labor Day through mid December, except for Thanksgiving week
These "low times" correspond to the best times to get discounts on hotel accommodations both within the Disney complex and off-site in the Orlando area.
Weather in Orlando rarely gets very cold, but often gets both warm and humid. Check out season highs and lows here.
Your family situation may dictate other travel times, of course, but I strongly suggest these low seasons if at all possible. Midsummer in hot, rainy, humid Orlando is not pleasant and the Christmas Holiday week is absolutely packed.

The least busy cases of the three hundred and sixty 5 days are purely after Thanksgiving Weekend by skill of the first week or 2 of December. purely after information Years Day till eventually previous to President’s Day Weekend. also blanketed in this way are the months of ought to, September and October. yet there are particular drawbacks to vacationing at those cases, as park hours are shorter daily, probably ensuing in the cancellation of particular parades or fireworks reflects, besides as Disney will take advantage of the lull to close rides for rehab throughout the time of those cases. For better information, inspect the following...

Should be fairly quiet.
Generally I would say avoid Christmas, Spring Break, Easter, July and August and Thanksgiving. If you go a week before or a week after these dates it can be very quiet and you can get some amazing deals.
Summers can be a nightmare but if you pace yourself and wear a good hat it can be fun. We were there for Christmas and it was actually not that busy. Other times Christmas can be a nightmare.
Hope this helps......have fun!

After Christmas is a great time to go. My family and I have gone between Jan and March every year, and it's great! We never wait in line for more than 20 minutes - and that was only for Small World which had just re-opened!
Have fun!
