what brand was the old oven? g.e. had a thing about making drop in stoves an odd size and selling them cheap to builders. then the homeowner would have to buy a g.e. replacement when it died, or remodel the kitchen. check with the manufacturer of your old oven and see what they offer. good luck.

No idea but if you can find one a little smaller then use trim to cover the remain hole
