The ICC appointed a Panel of Human Movement Specialists to analyse the actions of all bowlers reported under the new process. The panel is made up of leading bio-mechanical specialists who will work to clearly defined and consistent standards with the bowler in laboratory conditions and in reviewing match footage of him in action during the game in which he was reported.
Because all members of the panel work to the same standards, the findings of their independent analysis will be entirely consistent, irrespective of where the report is carried out and the type of bowler being assessed.
