I had sex about a week and a half ago and me and my bf were concerned if i was pregnnat or not cause i didnt get my period when i was suppose to. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but i still havent gotten my period yet. I know that sex can mess up your period and all, but i have blood on my underwear. The blood is a redish brown color a lot darker then period blood and is very clumpy and doesnt look like a period i have had before. So i can not tell if have my period or not just because it looks so different. I also had sex with him about two days ago and it was proteceted sex but i started to bleed a little bit. I dont know ifthat has anything to with the blood i have now or not. I would really jsut like to know if this blood is period blood or from the truama of sex two days ago. so i know that im not pregnant.

Go to a doctor. You could either be pregnant or have an infection or an std. Also you can bleed from a little rough sex.

There is no way anyone on this board can answer that question.
It could also be implantation bleeding, which many women get when the fertilized egg implants in the uterus. This may very well be a sign of pregnancy.

To find out for sure whether or not you are pregnant, see your doctor for a blood test, make an appointment at Planned Parenthood, or take a home pregnancy test, such as FIRST RESPONSE (one of the most sensitive on the market.) You should wait another 5 days before taking a home test, though, so you don't get a false negative.

Make sure you buy a test that says it gives an "early response."

To reach Planned Parenthood, visit http://www.plannedparenthood.org/

If you're not pregnant, please get on the pill! I don't think you are ready for a baby yet, are you? Planned Parenthood can give you the pill.

pregnancy is easy to tell- some have a little period like bleeding when you are suppose to have your time of the month. usually light and only last for a day. if your having bleeding every time your having sex then there is something wrong. if your using a condom you could be having a reaction to the spermicide. don't always believe the pregnancy test- my friend was pregnant and 4 test were negative including one done by the doctor. She was pregnant with twins.
either way get to the doctor asap to make sure it is nothing to worry about.

I'm not a doctor, but if you bleed from a trauma, it should be bright red just like from a cut on your finger. It could be just an oddball peroid or it could be an infection, an implantation bleed (meaning you're pregnant) or a sign of some other medical problem. Your best bet is to go to your OBGYN - they can give you a very accurate pregnancy test and take a look to see of there is some other problem which requires treatment.

I would also put sexual activity on hold until you find out exactly what's going on !

Good luck

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think sex messes up your period.

If you don't want a baby, use protection. Planned Parenthood GIVES you birth control. They'll literally hand you a bag full of pills and condoms. They can also tell you for sure if you're pregnant, or not. Just call them and make an appointment, then go. If you're not pregnant, get the pills/condoms. If you are, I'm sorry,. and best of luck to you.

All pathology consequences are superb and fake unfavorable and fake positives are very uncommon. you will possibly are turning out to be a single blood attempt with incorrect consequences, yet seeing as you have had assorted exams i think of you're great. the percentages that assorted exams come decrease back as a pretend unfavorable are astronomically low. positioned it out of your head. If this nonetheless concerns you i recommend you spot your wellbeing care expert approximately your paranoia. maximum folk of human beings have not got HIV AIDS, even prostitutes at the instant are not likely to have it.

You have no reason to be concerned this happens to people all the time, they are unsure if they are going to get it, but then they do. Sometimes it can depend on your body food intake or vitamins that you have been taking or lack there of that can affect the color of your blood, but don't be concerned.

i'm not a doctor or anything, but i doubt that it's blood from any trauma unless it was your first time or something. it probably is your period and it just looks different than ususal.
