I like your comment "just because" which means for no reason. If everyone were like you and just did good things for others or their loved ones the world would be a great place. If your husband loves you Im sure he would appricate the flowers. Its these things that people do in relationships that keep them together, just the little things that mean so much. Its the "just because' or "for no reason" things that you do thats makes you a special person and wife.

I would love flowers so i dont see why this would be a bad idea at all. Surprise him at work and go on lunch break with him or even take him some of his favorite candy with a card just because! He will appreciate and love the thought behind it. Good luck with it:)

As a husband, flowers would be a nice gesture but they would not mean the same thing as they do to my wife.
Please understand my next comment, I say this as a Christian and as a man who is learning about my wife and her needs.
If you want to do something special for your husband, then be committed to a special day and build him up throughout the day, with a desire to be intimate with him that night or the next opportunity that is appropriate for the two of you.
Lead him on, with e-mails that are a bit sexy but not over the top. Keep him guessing, with the intent of building up his desire and expectation of consumating your relationship in the bedroom or some other 'Special' place that is good for the two of you.
Send him a naughty e-card...call him...leave him a voice mail...
Cook up a special meal and when he comes home, wear something sexy...keep the mood.
Let go of any doubts or negative obstacles that enter your mind or your day...focus completely on the two of you having a day of love making with your clothes on, while preparing for some love making with your clothes off.
Most of all do NOT tease and then not follow through...this is why I say be committed.
Let him know throughout the day, that he's the Man in your life.
Us guys are actually fairly sensitive creatures and we need to hear that our wife Respects us, Loves us and appreciates us...even when we are WRONG!!!
Guys want to feel needed and desired!!! Give him a day like that and he will be on cloud 9!!!

Depends on the guy. Personally I would not like it but it does give a message that you do care. Men would prefer other gifts than flowers. That is my opinion anyway.

No!
Put a surprise in his lunch or wallet or coat pocket - something that won't embarrass him in front of his co-workers. His women co-workers would appreciate you sending him flowers, his males ones will think it's gay.

Naaah.. I wouldn't really want that .. it's other creative ways like delivering a lil teddy bear or something but if you really want some inspiration. have some lingerie delivered to his job you know he'd like to see you in .. nothin's better than the candy in that wrapping..

I wouldn't like it -- I would find it embarrassing. See, this is what bugs me: women want men to do things for them, such as send flowers, that they would NOT want done for themselves. If we can't think what a woman would want, they say we're stupid, non-romantic pigs. But, as your question so clearly points out, you are clueless what your man would want. All you can think to do for him is something you would want to have done for you. Think outside your box.

Not!! Guys generally don't like flowers or appreciate them the same way. Try bringing him lunch one day.

I don't think he would appreciate that too much...try greeting him with nothing on but a smile and dinner on the table when he gets home, or wash him in the bath, or show up at his work for lunch wearing a short skirt with no panties....he'll like that better I think
