what is Hewlett Packards mailing address for returns? ALl i can seem to find is a phone number. I cannot even understand the people that you talk to. They are all from like India. I need to mail my laptop back to them for a repair.

You *need* to talk to them so's they can authorize the return. They will give you a tracking number and even deliver a shipping box with foam and other materials, prepaid, and all instructions for packing and a number which lets you track your item online until it gets back to you. Go online, find an online chat, and you will get good, plain English during the chat. (I know! My HP overheated, still in warranty, and I shipped, for repair of fan, memory, main cpu motherboard, hard drive, etc. and ... groan ... I had to reinstall all my software!)
