Go to a Reproductive Endocrinologist....they are medical doctors who specialize in helping couples get pregnant. They will run tests on you and your husband. Also get the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. It will teach you all you need to know about tracking and reading your cycles, and other helpful stuff.

Make sure you see a doctor if you are not already! There are pills that can help. You don't have to go straight into IVF or major fertility drugs!

Read the book it will amaze you how much you do not know about your body. My sister has been trying for 2 1/2 years. We both bought the book and read it! She got some prescriptions to regulate her cycle. In November she was feeling much of the same as you are now! So she decided to take a break for a while and we planned a girls road trip weekend! Today she is 11 weeks pregnant! sometimes its good to take of a month or so and relax! Just make sure you are regular and read the book!

You should go to a infertility doc me and my husband have been trying for 3 years finally we went to the doc you should ask your husband to go for a sperm count that's what is wrong with my husband and then they should make sure all your levels are normal that's why were not conceiving cause not only does my husband have a low sperm count but my FSH level has been high and my projecting level your FSH is the quality of your eggs how good they are if you were wondering & your prolactin is what helps the embryo stick to the uterine wall that all effects on u conceiving.you do know that you ovulate 14 days after the start day of your period with the first day being day1 good luck to you beleive I know how stressful this can be its been a emotional roller coaster for us to
