how come when i play like an x-box my eyes hurt after like 3 hours but i can watch tv for hours upon hours without my eyes hurting

Well my eyes hurt to after I play my 360, but recently scientist studied that playing video games a few hours a day helps you inprove your vision, why because playing video games you concentate alot to see well. My parents tell me that I will get blind if I play alot, but its all a lie. Its actually better for you to play video games because it will help your eye sight. Dont believe, well then look for it online.

You have to focus a lot more to play games than TV so it causes strain - Lay off the 24 hour battlefield sessions eh

Watching t.v you are not as close as you are when trying to win that game. Always remember to blink as well thats common for people to be in to what they are doing and they find themselves blinking less. Also, try to get up and walk away instead of sitting hours in front of the game.

When you're playing a game you tend to pay a lot more attention to what's going on because you need to know everything that's going on, therefore you tend to do more staring and blink less.

It's because of radiation, brightness and too much color can stress your eyes.. Try to spend less time and don't get too close in front of the tv.
