Create a distribution list. The distribution list contains a list of all addresses you want it to go to.

The way you create a dist list depends on which email client you're using, but most are fairly the same way:
1) Select the Create Distribution List option
2) Add names (addresses) into the dist list from your address book

Then when you send an email, just refer to the distribution list name.

There should be an option for "Cc" in the top portion of your email. It's called Carbon Copy. You can put in multiple addresses separated by commas. Alternately, if you want to distribute your email but don't want everyone seeing all the other email addresses, use the "Bcc" option. That means Blind Carbon Copy. Multiple people will recieve the email, but they won't see all the addresses you put in.
