It's a tricky question! What do you mean by "exist in nature"? If you mean those elements existing by themselves without the human intervention, they are 90 (all, up to U and excluding Technetium and another one I don't remember which, because these two are artificial). On the contrary, if you mean really "all", then they are around that other figure - my textbook says even 109. Actually, once they are manufactured, they belong to nature too!

It's 112. the portion of the periodic tabel that is detached because these atoms were created in a closed environment, and will immediatlly go through atomic decay if exposed to the environment on this planet. you could say they are test tube atoms,.
