You still have air in the system. The air compresses faster then the hydraulic fluid. You still get pressure and the clutch is almost at full release, but that tiny bubble of air compresses down and it is like you don't have enough fluid in the line.
Worse case could be that the slave cylinder is the incorrect one and not pressing against the clutch far enough.
Get the system bled with a powerbleeder.

As others have reported, the noise is probably to be a worn launch bearing. If the seize is slipping (engine revs boost devoid of boost in street %) then the seize itself is both wiped out or may in basic terms choose adjusting. a lot less many times, yet not exceedingly, the fault may surely be with the launch fork. in case you are able to post with the noise there is not any on the spot prefer to panic, although that's genuinely going to prefer to get replaced so commence procuring round for a deal. even as that's done, that's common to renew the entire seize assembly except that's obviously close to variety-new because the factors are somewhat affordable compared to the labour so that you do not prefer to pay to modify in basic terms the bearing and then later ought to pay all once extra for the seize change. At 70k miles, your motor vehicle may be on that's unique seize, yet reckoning on previous drivers is also on that's 2d or perhaps 0.33 one. If that's on the unique it does not be unusual for the launch bearing to commence to fail. genuinely get the seize cable (if cable-operated) replaced collectively as after 70k that's considered extra effective days and is not often extreme priced. Many seize-change experts provide loose prognosis and loose seize alterations. do not ignore to ask at some Vauxhall dealerships as well as from time to time they are regularly aggressive with the quick-fit chains and could use authentic factors. do not be scared to haggle with them to get a extra effective deal nonetheless! see you later because the seize works, your MOT tester has no pastime interior the assembly and so does not be required to the contact upon it.

yes know what it is, i own a shop, and they probably didn't gravity bleed the cylinders like they should have, you cant pump bleed these cylinders like you do brakes ,it will damage the cylinders and make them not last too long, there's a chance one of yours may be bad again, but id take it back to them, and suggest that they do gravity bleed them,it takes a few hours to do this, and do it right its not a quick procedure to get it right, but if you do them right the first time ,you wont ever have any more problems from it,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
