I will like to change my behaviour/ attitude towards the fellow human being. This is the only way to change the society, community, state and over all the entire world to be true human being.

If it is an image thing you mean, then I would make myself a dress size smaller (shallow I know, but wouldn't we all?). If it is more material then I would like to have set up my own business years ago when I had the opportunity to do so instead of choosing to work for someone else lining their pockets like I am now.

My weight I have struggled all of my life to come to terms with other issues in my life and hope I have been successful I get on with most people and try to see everyone's point of view.,even if it's not my view but weight phewwwwwwwwww it's the biggie

Honestly I don't think I would change anything. I'm not perfect far from it, but I think if I changed anything then I would lose something that makes me me however small it was.
