The easiest way to remove eye make up is baby oil & a cotton ball.
Don't worry, the lashes you lost will grow back.

For one...Ponds cream doesn't work good at removing make up.
Take a soaking warm/hot wash cloth and apply to your eyes so they're nice and wet. Then take a dab of vaseline or baby oil and rub away the eye makeup. Take the wet washcloth and rub off. You may need to do this a few times depending on how much mascara you caked on.
It's normal to lose a few lashes a day, and since you had mascara on them this makes them fall out even more because when you take any kind of eye makeup off, you are bound to lose a few lashes just from the rubbing.
This has never happended to me and the only mascaras I would ever use were Maybelline and Yves Rocher. One reason is probably because I applied my mascara in moderation.

Dear all you need to do is to use Eye make-up remover. Use it with cotton pads. Just put about a nail size amount on the cotton and close your eyes and gently wipe. Then wash off with water. If it is not off completely the first time. Repeat the process again. Good Luck. oh and honey do not get stingy when it comes to makeup, remember you are using these stuff on your face, Ask your cometician which brands are the best. Almay and Loreal are good if you are on a tight budget, maybelline is too well for some people. But if you want to splurge, Try Lancome, or Mac cosmetics. But as I said before you can ask a cosmetician.

Purchase a good eye make-up remover from the pharmacy or a department store. Clinique or Mary K are the best. Use a soft cotton bud and wipe the mascara off. Its normal to loose eyelashes- and yes they will grow back.

Yes - They will grow back. I wash my mascara off with soap and water. They sell eye make-up remover at any store. It's right by the eye make-up in a small bottle for about $4 or $5. I have never used this though. Soap and water usually works for me.

I recommend a oil/water emulsion - don't use baby oil becasue it's irritating to your eyes. You can go for olive oil and water, just shake them well before use. Or you can invest in a Mary Kay Eye Makeup Remover, that's very soft, and not irritating at all. But it does the job. If you want to get in touch with any MK COnsultant, just go on their website and find one. I also lasts you quite a bit. So you will make a good investment. That website is www.marykay.com

Mascaras that sell for under $10.00 are considered by many to be cheap mascaras, and they are more difficult to wash off. Also, you may have used a waterproof mascara, and that is hard on lashes. It acts like a cement. I recommend saving money and a buying a good quality mascara. There are many in beauty supply places and the consultants there can help you. Two in my make -up bag are Elizabeth Arden Natural Volume and Red Earth 2 V... both are around $13.00. You'll be surprised at what a difference they make.

I've found that putting baby oil and then using a face wash works to get mascara off. It takes a little effort but you don't lose as many lashes as scrubbing does

baby oil removes mascara when used on cotton wool. I use cucumber eye make up removal gel from boots, it reasonably priced, nice and cooling and goes a far way. Try both 2 see what you prefer.
