I pretend to know what's going on if I know I will eventually figure it out. It also depends on the person. For example, when my friend explains something I will say , "Huh?" or "what?", but if someone i didn't know was explaining how to do something, i would keep listening, because they usually explain later on. Anyways, I probably make no sense, but who cares?

When I'm in the middle of a joke where friends are, sometimes...I can't stand it when I don't know what's going on.
