go to the top tool bar and click the view tab. on the drop down list chose text size and make it to the smaller size you want.

Click 'view' on the top of the screen, select 'text size' and then choose the size that you want. I'm not sure if this applies for Internet Explorer version 7, but I have version 6.

Under the "View" item on the Menu bar, select the Text Size item and you will see a selection of sizes: play around with that selection until you get the print size you prefer

there should be a view button at the top of the page. click on it and scroll down to the text size, then choose from sizes on the list that pops up. They should go from largest, to smallest.

In addition to what everyone else has said, in the bottom right hand corner of Internet Explorer 7 there is a zoom button. Make sure you don't have the webpage zoomed in.

I do this all the time! Go to view in your toolbar, then down to textsize and select the size of text you want.
