aw sry to hear that. well u cud probably go away somewhere , like to a different city even for the weekend or somethin. where u don't know any one. it mite giv u some peace, and time to think about things. and make u stay away frm things that make u restless and if thats not possible, go the temple , mosque whatever it is. am sure that will give u some peace. or get in contact with more ppl make more friends. go out more, have somethin to look forward to, to put ur mind to somethin else

Go to the nearest Chapel, Church, Mosque, Synagogue, Temple etc. when it is empty or full.
In these buildings millions of people have gone, are going and will go to find the peace that has been promised. Believe me it works!!!
